Is there a free trial?
Yes! Materials Companion offers a 14-day free trial. Hotel Companion pricing is custom—contact us for a demo and trial access.
Can I use multiple companions?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple companions. Each companion is designed to work independently but can be used together within the same workspace.
Materials Companion
How does Materials Companion work?
Materials Companion helps you scrape product data from websites, normalize it with AI, and export it to spreadsheets. You create presets that define what data to extract, run scraping jobs, and manage your materials library all in one place.
What websites can I scrape?
Materials Companion can scrape data from most public websites. However, you should always respect website terms of service and robots.txt files. We recommend using it for vendor catalogs and product listing pages.
How do presets work?
Presets define the structure of data you want to extract—which fields to capture, how to format them, and any validation rules. Once created, you can reuse presets across multiple scraping jobs, saving time and ensuring consistency.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes! Materials Companion exports data in CSV format, which can be opened directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Hotel Companion
What does Hotel Companion do?
Hotel Companion centralizes your hotel operations in one platform. It manages happenings calendars, concierge recommendations, staff bulletins, directory information, document libraries, and provides an AI-powered chat agent trained on your hotel's information.
How does the AI chat agent work?
The AI chat agent is trained on information stored in your Hotel Companion Teams collection. It can answer questions about events, local recommendations, hotel policies, and operational procedures based on the data you've added.
Can I import existing data?
Yes, you can import existing documents, event calendars, and directory information. Our AI can help extract and organize this data into the appropriate sections of Hotel Companion.
How do I manage team access?
Team management is handled through your workspace settings. You can invite team members, assign roles, and control access to different sections of Hotel Companion.
Billing & Account
How does billing work?
Materials Companion is billed monthly at $16 per user. Hotel Companion pricing is custom based on your needs. Billing occurs monthly, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes, we offer annual billing with a 15% discount. Contact us at hello@mycompanions.app to set up annual billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For enterprise plans, we can arrange invoicing and ACH payments.
